Refund Policy

As disclosed within the Terms of Use required to be signed at time of paying for services: Online agreement is between Client (user buying on-line services) and My Quiet Café (MQC), as a wholly owned subsidiary of BlackFin Group LLC (BF). User is agreeing to contract and transact with BF representatives for MQC services. Agreement will terminate immediately upon any noncompliance by you with any of the terms of these Terms of Use, or at any other time upon notice to you, or once services are complete. BF has the right to request a reschedule should extenuating circumstances arise or requested scheduled date does not permit availability. In such cases, BF will notify Client as soon as possible and provide alternative dates for the session. Participants unable to attend the scheduled online session may request a reschedule but requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling by BF is subject to availability. If Client fails to respond to 3 reschedule requests within 30-day period, Client forfeits right to service, unless agreed to by BF, Client has forfeited their paid engagement use and no refunds will be issued. If Client does not attend the scheduled time and has not attempted to reschedule 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This ensures fairness for all involved parties. There are no refunds due to the opinion of the Client believing there was no value. All services must be pre-paid.

All conversations are strictly confidential between parties. BF is held harmless of any advisory outcomes from the service. Unless subpoenaed by law or Client communicates the threat of harm to themselves  or others, or has disclosed their engagement in unlawful activity (State or Federal), the Non-Disclosure agreement is in force in perpetuity. Should a conflict arise between parties, the Governing law is Colorado and any legal action is required to take place in the courts of Douglas County, CO. Unless BF has provided express written consent prior, you may not record calls, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, upload, post, license, use on any other medium, create derivative works of, transfer, sell, and/or exploit for commercial use, any Content, information, products or services provided through or obtained from use of the BF service, including by email or other electronic or media means. Changes to These Terms of Use. Owner reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, update, or otherwise revise these Terms of Use at any time.
